Ivona Voices 2 includes the following warm-ups and exercises: Voice Warm-up - To help you warm up your voice before your exercises, do this 10 seconds exercise followed by the regular Ivona Voice 2 exercises. Head tilt - This exercise helps to open up your upper trapezius muscles, hence helping you to work on projection and resonance. Stand with your feet shoulder width apart, head gaze at a 45 degree angle tilted slightly forward. Do this for 10 seconds, then move on to the next exercise. Tongue tuck - This exercise will help you achieve better sound by tucking in your tongue towards the back of your mouth. Relax your lips so that you feel a slight resistance while doing this exercise, you can do this for 10 seconds. Singing - Sing the notes of the scale that start with your vocal cords. Sing the notes in the scale upwards then downwards 3 times each, then do them twice more downwards. Once you are done singing, sing each note separately for 10 seconds, move on to the next exercise. Low tone - On an empty stomach, relax your voice completely and make sure to stay in tune by using only your breath to sing along with this exercise. Begin with an A and sing it for 10 seconds, repeat the exercise without using the pitch. Once you have mastered this exercise, rock your pitch to rock pitch by singing each note separately for 10 seconds at a time, then move on to the next exercise. Soft focus - Using only your breath to guide you, breathe air over your teeth and at a slow volume to produce a tone that is as soft as possible. This will help you warm up your voice and vocal cords. Do this for 10 seconds and move on to the next exercise. High pitch - On an empty stomach, relax your voice completely and make sure to stay in tune by using only your breath to sing along with this exercise.
